Warranty Terms

2.1 Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Scope:
Smartgrepp offers a customer satisfaction guarantee that allows you to request a replacement product or a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. This guarantee is voluntary and does not affect your rights under the Consumer Purchase Act.

Conditions:

Limitations:
The guarantee does not apply if:

  • The product is damaged due to improper use, modifications, or external impact.

Claim Process:

  1. Contact customer service via email within the guarantee period.
  2. Attach proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Receive instructions for returning or replacing the product within two business days.

2.2 3-Year Warranty

Scope:
This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects in the product and is valid for three years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not affect your rights under the Consumer Purchase Act.

Conditions:

  • The product must be used according to the instructions.

Limitations:
The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use or external impact.

Claim Process:
Follow the same steps as for the customer satisfaction guarantee.

Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to returning or replacing the product.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed using the payment method originally used for the purchase.
  • Additional information may be required for Swish or bank transfers.
